At The RepOro Group, we manage the Canadian territory for our manufacturers in a strategic manner. Our focus is within the Electronics, CE, Housewares and General Merchandise Categories.
Our planning begins right from sku level management, product introductions and launches, forecasting, ad planning, and fund management both with the manufacturer for brand development in Canada, as well as at the retailer level. Equally important is working with our retail partners directly in planning product launches, sku and market segmentation, maintaining price parity within the Canadian market, and developing and implementing marketing plans.
Even more important than selling product is ensuring that product gets sold from our retail partners. This is a philosophy that we live and breathe everyday and we focus on constantly - driving sales and generating opportunities with our retail partners. In order to manage this effectively, we also have a team of in-house experts specializing in the necessary analysis of all our Retailer’s software packages. These include but are not limited to:
Wal-Mart’s Retail Link, Costco’s CRX POS program, Indigo's NISS, SDM Vendor Board, Staples Partners, The Source’s Retalon, etc.
Ultimately, it is our goal to keep our Manufacturer’s informed and educated by providing Customer weekly POS by store, weekly inventory levels, as well as closely developing, maintaining and updating Forecasts by sku. This is on a constant basis. Furthermore, in keeping our vendor partners informed, we scan, document and send every ad that our manufacturers and their competitors run at major retailers throughout Canada on a weekly or monthly basis. This is extremely helpful for our Manufacturer Partners and overseas partners, as it provides real time market information and ensures we remain competitive with ALL our Vendor partners whenever possible.
